Brookline customer - Got a loaf of your Lexington Sourdough at the Wine Gallery in Brookline on Washington Street last night. What an amazing product. It wasn’t cheap, but worth every penny. I lived for 5 years in Lithuania where the bread is made from grains that come from sources different than I am used to here in the U.S. Was wondering from where you buy the grain for this bread?
Weston customer - Unbelievable product. My wife and I fell in love with the NY Rye which reminded us of when we lived in Germany and could get a good loaf and it would last a week on the counter. The Durum is amazing as are the baguettes. I bring a loaf of the Lexington Sourdough to a client every week.
